Scheduling and Payments
To arrange a session, please either call, email, or use the contact form on the "Contact Information" page.
I recommend planning for your first visit to take about 10-20 minutes longer than the length of your session. This allows time to fill out an intake sheet, discuss any concerns as well as your goals for the session, and allows time for you to undress and dress before and after the session. If you provide an email when booking online, I will send the intake form via email and you can complete the paperwork before your session. If you prefer to complete the intake in person, you are welcome to that option as well.
Payment is expected in full either prior to the session (prepay), or at the end of the session. You can prepay via credit card, or I can accept cash or check at the time of service. If a check bounces there is an additional $20 fee for the bounced check. Both the bounced check fee and the cost of the provided session must be paid in full before your next scheduled appointment.
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session. Out of respect and consideration to myself and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
